The first thing we want to do is let those effected by the wild fire’s in Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Texas know that they are not in this fight alone. As I am writing this, cattle associations are gearing up to provide what’s needed for both cattle and the ranchers that take care of those cattle.
The loss of life associated with the fires highlight the how much these ranchers care for their cattle, putting their life on the line to make sure their cattle can escape the fires. Then there are the fire fighters who knowingly put themselves between the fire and someone else’s property. My heart and a prayer go out to the families that are left to deal with that loss.
